Guestbook 2009
Barry, I have been a fan for years and made a special trip to see you in Atlanta several years ago. I plan on making another one in a month or two and am watching the calendar. As others have said, you are the best guitar player I've ever seen or heard in 40 years of listening and watching. I am just amazed at what you do. It's a superb talent. Keep on going Dude. Warm regards, SammyLee

Mr. Richman,
Hello! I just placed an order for another cd and signed poster...I didn't see the signed poster on your site before or I would have ordered it instead of just asking for your autograph - sorry about that. Dude, You are the best guitar player I have ever heard and I have been listening to all the greats since I was 10. I admire the hell out of your talent. Every note you play is crystal clear and perfect. You inspire the hell out of me and discovering your music has made me decide to keep trying, even though I know I could never play like you - not in this lifetime! All I can do is find my own voice and be who I am and strive for your greatness. I have got to come and watch you live one of these days...Take care and keep up the great work!
Sincerely,
Leo C.

Thank you Barry for playing Pride and Joy in A for me tonight! Its so frustrating as a female to get up cold with guy bands who have traditionally played songs in guy voice ranges! You were phenomenal and I appreciate your willingness to go with it! Thanks for the opportunity to perform with you!

We caught Barry & company for the 1st time last night at One Star Ranch in Roswell.
It was AMAZING! He went from 1 style to another with mastery of each.
I'm an amateur bass player myself and when he 1st set up with 2 amps and 9 or 10
different stompbox effects pedals I thought "Oh no, here comes another ego-driven lead
guitar player who has to have every gadget under the sun to impress people and he's going
to cover a lack of talent with effects and volume."
Then he started playing...
He has great control over his sound - not too loud, not too harsh, just right.
Especially for a small room. The variety and selection of sounds he got from
his pedals was always just right for the particular song.
I'm a new but BIG fan. 1st Saturday of the month at One Star Ranch in Roswell, I'm there.
